Background: Hertfordshire County Council required public relations support to promote the biennial Building Futures Awards and raise sponsorship to cover costs of the event.
Project: Working for the Building Futures team, we implemented a strategy for targeting regional newspapers and the national building press. Potential sponsors were targeted with a sponsorship pack and telesales campaign.
Outcome: 18 articles published in a 3 month period. Sponsors were secured for each category, exceeding the target set.
